I forged my first knife to protect my family on a camping trip. It wasn’t perfect, but it worked — and so did I. Word spread, and one blade at a time, I found purpose again.

Now, I hand-forge every Hatley knife myself — no machines, no shortcuts. Just steel, grit, and a whole lot of stubbornness. These knives aren’t mass-made. They’re survival, craftsmanship, and the will to rebuild — one cut at a time.
